PX'Therapeutics coordinates four synergistic platforms, allowing seamless transfer from the discovery stage up to clinical manufacturing for complex biotherapeutic projects:
• Protein R&D: protein engineering, feasibility study up to cell line and process development for recombinant proteins, small scale production
• Antibody R&D: development of murine monoclonal antibody / humanization of therapeutic antibody
• Analytics: Development and validation of custom and standard analytical methods. Protein absolute quantification by mass spectrometry based on PSAQ™ technology
• GMP manufacturing: Process scale-up, preclinical and clinical manufacturing up to phase II (small scale)

We actively work on strengthening our global presence and secure access to larger production capacities through partners (e.g. our collaboration with Althea technologies, San Diego). In order to sustain our development, we also plan to integrate complementary technologies and multiply our production capacities.
